Two I.V. catheters are formed at a time in this
system. This system uses a 1 Kw Ameritherm generator and has a color touch
screen for the control settings.
The operator unloads two catheters on one side
of the shuttle and loads two more catheters while two are being tip formed
in the other station. When the tip forming is complete the system shuttles
to the other side and the operator repeats the unloading and loading.
